Looking to stock your card shop, run breaks, or supply your community with hobby boxes and supplies? Takybox offers wholesale pricing for qualified retailers and resellers across the United States. By making wholesale purchases from Takybox, retailers agree to the policies outlined below.

Eligibility for a Wholesale Account

You (“the retailer”) must meet one of the following to qualify for a wholesale account and remain a reseller of our sports cards and hobby products:

  • Operate a physical shop (with or without an online website), OR
  • Be an online-only seller with an established following and verifiable sales history

The following are strictly prohibited and will not qualify for wholesale pricing:

  • Selling on third-party marketplaces (eBay, Amazon, Etsy, Mercari, etc.) as your only sales channel
  • Purchasing wholesale items for personal use or personal collections
  • Drop-shippers without inventory or a verifiable storefront
  • Unverified online sellers using social media as their only platform

All buyers are reviewed and vetted to ensure fit and to confirm your shop is a legitimate business. Takybox reserves the right to deny applications that may not be appropriate due to fit, decline orders for any reason after approval, or terminate wholesale accounts at our sole discretion.

How to Apply

To apply for a wholesale account, email us at contact@takybox.com with the subject line “WHOLESALE APPLICATION”.

Please include:

  • A short intro about your business — what you sell, how long you’ve been operating
  • Valid business license issued in your state
  • Reseller certificate or sales tax exemption certificate
  • EIN (Employer Identification Number) or business tax ID
  • Business address (no PO Boxes)
  • Website, social media, or storefront proof showing you’re an active business

We’ll review your application within 5–7 business days and follow up with next steps.

Pricing

All pricing on our site is shown in U.S. Dollars (USD). Wholesale prices are only available to qualified retailers who plan to resell the items on their website or in-store.

A few important notes:

  • Promotional or volume orders do not automatically qualify for wholesale pricing — but they may qualify for a separate discount. Please inquire.
  • Wholesale pricing is strictly confidential and may not be shared, posted, or used in advertisements
  • Pricing is subject to change based on market conditions, manufacturer pricing, and product availability

Additional Discounts

Since retailers already receive a very significant discount through our wholesale program, wholesale pricing does not qualify for additional discount codes.

The only exceptions:

  • Active promotions specifically offered to wholesale partners
  • High-volume orders where pricing is mutually agreed upon under contract

⚠️ Important: Orders that have additional discount codes applied at checkout will be canceled automatically.

Invoice

Takybox is happy to offer an invoice for payment (in USD) for wholesale orders. Please contact us at contact@takybox.com to place your order or request an invoice.

By making wholesale purchases from Takybox, retailers agree to all the policies on this page.

Payment Terms

All orders must be paid upfront prior to shipment. We don’t currently offer net terms or invoicing-on-credit for new accounts.

We accept the following payment methods for wholesale:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover)
  • PayPal Business
  • ACH Transfers (preferred for larger orders)
  • Wire Transfers (for orders over $10,000)

Established partners with strong order history may be eligible for net-15 or net-30 terms after 6+ months of consistent business with Takybox.

Free Shipping

Qualify for FREE shipping on all products purchased on our website — wholesale orders included, no minimum required.

We ship all items from our facility in Des Moines, IA, United States. All import duties (if applicable) are the responsibility of the retailer and are not included in the shipping costs.

Shipping carriers used:

  • UPS
  • USPS
  • FedEx
  • Freight/pallet shipping available for very large orders

Every shipment includes full tracking sent to your email.

Fulfillment

Once payment has been received, orders take between 1–2 business days to fulfill unless otherwise notified.

For pre-sale wholesale orders, fulfillment happens within 1–2 business days of the manufacturer’s official release date. Please note that release dates can shift, and that’s outside our control.

Selling in Bulk to B2B Accounts

We accept bulk selling to B2B accounts or other wholesalers, subject to manufacturer allocations and stock availability.

For B2B inquiries or large-volume needs, please email us directly at contact@takybox.com with details about your business and order requirements. We’ll work with you on a custom quote.

Return Protocol

If you have ordered through Takybox and need to initiate a return, please follow our standard return protocol and contact us first for next steps.

Wholesale return rules:

  • All wholesale sales are final unless the product arrives damaged, defective, or wrong
  • Sealed products can’t be returned once opened, even by wholesale buyers
  • Our 1-Year Warranty applies to wholesale purchases the same as retail (see our Warranty & Replacement Policy)
  • Refunds are issued back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval

Damaged Items

All items are quality-checked before shipping. That said, shipping accidents do happen.

Please:

  • Inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival
  • Contact us within 5 days of receiving the order at contact@takybox.com to discuss any potential issues
  • Include photos of the damage, the product, the shipping box, and packing materials
  • Don’t open damaged sealed boxes — opening voids the damage claim

We’ll work with you and the carrier to resolve damage claims quickly through replacement, refund, or store credit.

Manufacturer Allocations & Restrictions

A few things to keep in mind when ordering wholesale:

  • Manufacturer allocations. Some products are subject to manufacturer allocations. We can’t always guarantee bulk quantities of new releases.
  • Authorized internet retailer rules. Some products carry strict reseller agreements. For example, certain Panini items have minimum advertised pricing (MAP) requirements.
  • No automatic back-orders. When something is out of stock, your order won’t queue up automatically.
  • Quantity limits. We may cap quantities on hot releases to ensure fair distribution across all our wholesale partners.

Account Termination

Takybox reserves the right to suspend or terminate any wholesale account if:

  • The buyer violates our terms or pricing confidentiality
  • Multiple chargebacks or payment disputes occur
  • The buyer resells products in ways that violate manufacturer agreements
  • Fraudulent activity or misrepresentation is detected
  • The account becomes inactive for 12+ months

Terminated accounts forfeit access to wholesale pricing and benefits.
