What’s the difference between hobby boxes and retail boxes? +
Hobby boxes are premium, factory-sealed boxes packed with high-value pulls — autographs, parallels, memorabilia cards, and serial-numbered inserts. Retail boxes are the cheaper, mass-produced boxes you find at big-box stores like Walmart or Target. They’re fun for casual collectors but usually contain fewer hits. At Takybox, we focus on hobby boxes — the real deal for collectors who want the best chase.
Are your products authentic? +
Absolutely. Every product we sell at Takybox is 100% factory-sealed and genuine. We work directly with authorized distributors and major manufacturers like Panini, Topps, Upper Deck, Konami, and Wizards of the Coast. We never sell counterfeit, opened, or tampered products. Period.
Do you sell single cards or graded cards? +
Yes, we carry a rotating selection of single cards and graded cards. Our inventory changes regularly, so check our site often to see what’s available. Don’t see what you want? Email us — we may be able to source it.
What’s a pre-sale order? +
Pre-sale orders let you lock in upcoming releases before they hit shelves. You pay upfront, and we ship the product within 1–2 business days after the manufacturer’s official release date. This is the best way to secure hot releases that tend to sell out fast.
Why do you have order limits on some products? +
For high-demand releases (especially new Panini, Topps, and Upper Deck products), we may cap quantities per person, household, or order. This ensures fair access for all our customers and prevents bulk buyers from cleaning out our inventory before everyone else gets a shot.

📦 Shipping & Delivery

When will I receive my items? +
All items are produced and shipped from our facility within one business day of purchase. Once shipped, standard delivery times apply (3–7 business days for standard shipping). You can track your order using the tracking information provided in your confirmation email. If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at contact@takybox.com.
Where is my order? +
You can track your order by clicking the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. Alternatively, you can enter your order number in the ‘Track Packages’ section on our website, or log into your Takybox account to view your order status.
How fast do you ship? +
Same-day shipping! Orders placed before 2:00 PM CST Monday through Friday ship the same business day. Orders placed after 2 PM, on Saturday, or during holidays ship the next business day.
How much does shipping cost? +
It’s FREE. Every order on takybox.com qualifies for free standard shipping with no minimum required. Want it faster? Expedited options like UPS Next Day or 2-Day Air are available at checkout for an additional fee.
Do you ship internationally? +
Currently, we only ship within the United States. We deliver to all 50 U.S. states, including PO Boxes and APO/FPO military addresses.
How long does delivery take? +
Standard shipping: 3–7 business days. 2-Day Air: 2 business days after shipment. Next Day Air: 1 business day after shipment. Remote areas or weather conditions may add a day or two.
I entered the wrong shipping address. Can I change it? +
If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us immediately. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we can update the address. Otherwise, we will need to wait until the item is returned to us before resending it.
What happens if my order is returned to sender? +
If your package is marked as “undeliverable” and returned to us, we will reship it to you at no additional cost.
My package looks damaged. What do I do? +
Don’t open it. Take photos of the damage from multiple angles, and email us at contact@takybox.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number. We’ll handle it from there with the carrier.

💳 Payment & Billing

What payment methods do you accept? +
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), as well as PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. We don’t accept checks, money orders, wire transfers, cryptocurrency, or cash on delivery.
When am I charged? +
Your payment method is charged the full amount when you place your order — including pre-sale items.
Do you charge sales tax? +
We collect sales tax where required by U.S. state law. The exact amount depends on your shipping address and gets calculated automatically at checkout.
What if my payment is declined? +
If your payment fails, we’ll send you an email and give you 48 hours to update your info. If we don’t hear back, the order gets canceled automatically.

🔄 Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy? +
You may return items within 90 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition and packaging (sealed and unopened). If you receive a damaged product, please contact us for assistance. To initiate a return, email us at contact@takybox.com.
How do I exchange an item? +
For exchanges, please email us at contact@takybox.com, and we will guide you through the process.
What should I do if my item arrives damaged? +
If your item has any defects or was damaged during shipping, we will replace it at no additional cost. You do not need to return the damaged product in most cases. If a replacement is not available, we will issue a refund or provide an alternative item of your choice. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
What if I received the wrong product or a defective item? +
We sincerely apologize for any mistakes. Please email us at contact@takybox.com with your order number and details of the issue. We will cover all costs to send you the correct item and provide a return label if needed.
What if my pulls are bad? +
We get it — disappointing pulls are tough. But unfortunately, we can’t refund based on what’s inside a sealed box. The chase is part of the hobby, and pull rates vary box to box. For card defects from the manufacturer (centering issues, print errors, etc.), you’ll need to contact the manufacturer directly. We’ll happily share contact info.
Can I cancel my order? +
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, contact us ASAP and we’ll do our best to stop it. A 20% cancellation fee applies to canceled orders to cover restocking and processing. Already shipped orders can’t be canceled. Pre-sale items can’t be canceled once payment is processed.
How long do refunds take? +
After we approve your refund, allow 5–10 business days for it to show up on your statement. Refunds go back to your original payment method.

🛡️ Warranty

Do you offer a warranty? +
Yes! We offer a 1-Year Warranty on all products purchased from Takybox. If your item has a manufacturing defect or fails under normal use, we’ll replace it, repair it, or refund it.
What does the warranty cover? +
Our 1-Year Warranty covers: sealed products with factory defects (visible without opening), faulty supplies and accessories (toploaders, sleeves, binders, etc.), wrong items received, and damaged shipments.
What’s NOT covered by the warranty? +
The warranty does not cover: cards inside opened boxes (manufacturer claims only), disappointing pulls, damage caused by misuse or accidents, and wear and tear from normal handling.

👥 Accounts & Wholesale

Do I need an account to order? +
No! You can check out as a guest. But creating an account makes things easier — you can track orders, save addresses, and check your order history.
Do you offer wholesale pricing? +
Yes! We offer wholesale pricing for qualified retailers, breakers, and resellers. To apply, email us at contact@takybox.com with the subject line “WHOLESALE APPLICATION”. You’ll need to provide a valid business license, reseller certificate, EIN, and proof of an active storefront or online business. See our Wholesale Policy for full details.
Can I buy in bulk for personal use at wholesale prices? +
No. Our wholesale program is strictly for legitimate businesses that resell our products. Personal-use bulk buying is not eligible.

How should I store my sports cards? +
Storage depends on the card’s value: Common cards work well in soft sleeves for sorting and organizing. Higher-value cards should be kept in toploaders for added protection. Premium cards belong in magnetic holders or graded slabs. For long-term storage, keep cards in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
How do I get new sports card releases before they sell out? +
Two easy ways: 1) Check our pre-sale calendar daily to see upcoming releases, and 2) Place pre-orders early to lock in your spot. We also send email notifications to subscribers when new products drop.
Do you grade cards? +
We don’t grade cards in-house, but if you’re interested in PSA grading, we recommend submitting directly to PSA or working with a certified PSA dealer. We can point you in the right direction if you need guidance.
What’s the difference between a “hobby box” and a “blaster box”? +
A hobby box is a premium product sold at hobby shops, packed with hits, autographs, and parallels. A blaster box is a smaller retail box with fewer packs and lower hit ratios, sold at big-box stores. We focus on hobby boxes at Takybox for the best collecting experience.
